Development of installations to protect fragile eco systems:

SEAWORK has a wealth of practical experience, working at sea, in many oceans and seas. Interesting projects have included installations in Lake Kariba, Zimbabwe for the CDC, and in Sinai for the Egyptian National Park. In both of the latter operations, SEAWORK’s expertise was used to protect the fragile eco-systems of the area.

The development of this site in Sinai was accepted as a unique challenge and it's success led to a 3/4 page article in the Glasgow Herald in March 1994.  Written by their business editor Alf Young it was an accurate account of Robin's ethos and the development of Seawork over the years.  This ethos has been maintained and carried forward as the company is exceedingly aware of the fragility of eco systems throughout the world, hence the involvement of the company in a European project looking at the development of a closed fish cage.  More about the Herald Article can be seen here and the Closed Fish Cage can be seen here.
