Marine Site Investigation and Environmental Impact Assessments:
SEAWORK have carried out many Hydrographic & Bathymetric surveys, and used Core samplers, ROVs and Camera sledges to examine the Benthos, in areas too deep for air diving. They have carried out Redox and Cathodic potential measurements, and Benthic population sampling, as part of environmental assessments, and also carried out drogue, current meter, magnetometer & sonar surveys, to produce data for Mathematical models of dispersion, and the mapping of Benthic strata. SEAWORK’s Clients for environmental survey work have included the old Clyde River Purification Board, and S.E.A.S. of the Dunstaffnage Marine Lab.
